Early Childhood - Flubber Fridays are a morning class for children ages 5 and under to explore materials and engage in developmentally-appropriate art activities.

Classes are 1 hour long, and follow a 3-step curriculum:

  • Step 1 (15 min) - Free exploration of the studio with parents, including dot markers, building blocks, and flubber
  • Step 2 (15 min) - Simple guided project focused on developing motor skills and concentration. Projects include noisemakers, printmaking, and clay creations, to name a few.
  • Step 3 (15 min) - Story and play time. Children proceed to MAC's Book Nook where a teaching artist leads an animated story time culminating in a mini play party!
  • Step 4 (15 min) - Play time with building blocks, train, and of course more flubber!

DATES: Every Friday in May & NEW! Every 2nd Friday of the month beginning in June!!

HOURS: 10 - 11am,  feel free to get to MAC around 10am to check in and get settled :)

COST: $15, $10 for MAC Members
